Connect, network, and engage
Magdalene Asia-Pacific
Magdalene Asia-Pacific (MAP) brings together alumni living in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Japan.
Whether you are a long-time resident or have recently relocated, MAP offers opportunities to stay connected with fellow Magdalene Members and the College, providing a vibrant network for professional and social connections.
Annual dinners and networking events
MAP hosts annual dinners and drinks receptions in Hong Kong and Singapore, often attended by the Master, Senior Tutor, and Development Director.
Previous gatherings have taken place at prestigious venues such as the Hong Kong China Club and The Hong Kong Bankers Club, with thanks to Henry Pang (1986) for his generous support in hosting.
MAP has also been honoured by the support of Honorary Fellow, the Sultan of Perak, Dr Nazrin Shah, who has hosted Magdalene dinners in Kuala Lumpur.
Connecting alumni in Singapore
For Magdalene Members based in Singapore, the Alumni and Development Office can help facilitate introductions to fellow alumni. If you are new to the area or would like to expand your Magdalene network, get in touch to be connected with the community.
Stay connected and get involved
Henry Pang (1986), Chair of MAP, welcomes anyone interested in supporting MAP’s development or attending events. If you have moved to the region, please contact the Alumni and Development Office to ensure you receive invitations to upcoming gatherings.
