Magdalene Members recognised in King’s New Year’s Honours 2024

Four Magdalene Members have been recognised in The King’s New Year's Honours List.

• Mr William Salomon (1975) was awarded an OBE for services to Education.
• Mr David Cochrane (1976) was awarded an MBE for services to Health and Social Care.
• The Very Reverend Dr David Hoyle (1981), former Dean of Chapel and Honorary Fellow, was awarded a KCVO for his role at the Coronation of The King and Queen in May 2023.
• Mr Richard Deverell (1984) was awarded a CBE for services to Botanical Science and Conservation.
