Mr Martin Snead

Mr Martin Snead is a College Lecturer in Clinical Medicine at Magdalene.

Mr Martin Snead leads the Vitreoretinal Research Group in the Department of Clinical Neurosciences, focusing on the pathogenesis, surgical management, and prevention of retinal detachment.

He serves as the Service Lead for the NHS England Highly Specialised Service for Stickler syndrome, the leading cause of retinal detachment in children.

Additionally, he is a committee member of the NHS England Rare Diseases Advisory Group (RDAG).
