Here you can find details of our conference meeting room tariffs, including 24-hour delegate rates, room hire charges, and any additional costs. We also outline what’s included in each package to help you plan your event with ease.

The 24-hour rate includes

• The main meeting room
• Standard audio-visual equipment (one data projector, screen, whiteboard)
• Wi-Fi
• En-suite (or standard shared) accommodation
• Full continental breakfast
• Mid-morning tea, fair-trade coffee, iced water with a selection of biscuits
• A two-course cold conference lunch (choose from an array of buffet menus),with iced water and elderflower cordial
• Afternoon tea, fair-trade coffee and a selection of macarons and a fresh fruit basket
• A three-course conference dinner with coffee, chocolates and iced water

Single occupancy ensuite bedroom: £185.00 per person

Single occupancy standard bedroom with shared facilities: £168.00 per person
